By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you confirm that you:

• Are a UK resident purchasing for personal, non-commercial use
• Have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your order will apply to that purchase.

Placing an Order

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase goods. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a formal Order Confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock or if a pricing error has occurred.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. If you need to amend or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@henleymayfairbeds.com. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — but you may return it under our Returns Policy.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

In the event of a pricing error on our website, we are not obliged to honour the incorrect price and will contact you to offer the correct price or a full refund.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro
• Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay
• Klarna (Buy Now, Pay Later — subject to Klarna's own terms and eligibility)

Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments and are PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store your full card details.

Sale & Promotional Pricing

Where products are shown with a "Regular price" and a "Sale price," the regular price reflects the product's genuine selling price prior to the promotional period, in accordance with the Pricing Practices Guide issued by the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).

Promotional discounts and codes cannot be combined unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances outside our control (such as severe weather or industrial action).

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order upon receipt and report any damage within 48 hours.

Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where possible.

To initiate a return, please email info@henleymayfairbeds.com with your order number. Full details are set out in our Returns & Complaints Policy.

Please note: Opened mattresses, pillows, and custom/bespoke orders cannot be returned for hygiene or manufacturing reasons, unless faulty.

Product Descriptions & Imagery

We take care to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, colours may appear slightly different on screen due to monitor calibration and photography lighting. We offer free fabric swatches so you can assess colours and textures before ordering.

We reserve the right to make minor modifications to product specifications without notice, provided this does not materially affect quality or function.

Warranty & Guarantee

Our products are covered by a manufacturer's guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship. The guarantee period and specific terms vary by product — please refer to the individual product page or contact us for details.

This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which requires goods to be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

The guarantee does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused by misuse, accident, or improper assembly
• Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose
• Commercial or rental use

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total price paid for the goods in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
• Any liability that cannot be excluded by law

Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, videos, and product descriptions — is the property of Henley Mayfair Beds or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

We make no warranty that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the site without notice.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@henleymayfairbeds.com — we aim to resolve all issues within 5 working days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer it to an approved Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme.
