Delivery Info

Customers will be notified once the goods are ready to be dispatched.

Each courier service will have different methods of informing customers about their delivery. They may get in contact on the day or provide information prior to delivery so please make sure to check either your messages or emails for any updates.

All deliveries are to the ground floor of the building.
We do advise customers to make sure delivery teams are able to access the premises at all times if required.

If ordered goods are to be taken to a different floor, customers must let us know by contacting us prior to delivery to find out if we are able to provide a service at an extra cost to your designated floor.

2. Delivery Times (Ordered)

We do aim to get the goods to
Customers between 7-10 working days but depending on what you order, it could take longer.
When you place your order and it is processed by our sales team, they will provide a delivery estimation.
Many fragile or delicate items are delivered on a rotating schedule to different areas of the country.

We visit segments of mainland UK areas roughly every 2 - 3 weeks.
Custom items will take much longer as there is always a lead time on these items.

3. Delivery Locations
We deliver to mainland UK areas nationwide. There are certain postcodes that some items cannot be delivered to or incur a surcharge. (These postcodes will unfortunately take longer to deliver to)

If you are unsure about anything regarding the delivery to your postcode, please feel free to contact with a postcode alongside the product ID or image of the item(s) and we will be able to clarify directly if we can deliver to your area.

4. Missed Delivery
If you miss a delivery, please contact as soon as possible. Our designated team will advise on the next available delivery date we can offer. The particular carrier may also leave a slip behind to inform you that you have missed the delivery.
